We hired Vanar Contracting to finish our basement in late 2020. Allen and Rami take great pride in what they do, they are very great to work with and given that I myself am a registered custom home builder and very detailed oriented; we are extremely satisfied with our choice of contractor. Allen and Rami are professional and very patient, they worked with us to adjust and fine-tune the details as needed. Ultimately, our project was completed on budget and on time (give or take a few additional days for final touch ups). They are very organized and efficient.

I hired Vanar because I saw first hand the fantastic job they did with a major insurance repair for a family member. The work was wonderful, but more importantly the wisdom, communication and care they took was very redemptive. They made a very frustrating and heart breaking experience exciting and even fun.
We hired Vanar to renovate our 2nd floor main bathroom. Their quote was not the cheapest, but it was a very honest quote and at the end of the project, true to actual. Vanar is both professional and personable in their approach. There were some unexpected surprises as there always seem to be (ex. under the ceramic tile, an old layer of marble tile and under that poured concrete encasing plumbing :) ...It did reasonably add some time and cost ), but in each case Allen Remon took the time to explain the situation and options. Where needed, he brought in and managed sub trades who also were great. Allen made recommendations both where additional cost was merited and other times where it wasn't.
The first thing they did before setting to work was lay down protective coverings on carpet and floor (good stuff that didn't just get destroyed the first day) and were consistent at leaving the site as clean as possible or boarded or taped off when dangerous (which I appreciated with kids) Ultimately, our family is so happy with the finished product and the whole experience and will not hesitate to use and recommend Vanar going forward.
